This 1-Hour Barre Workout uses no equipment and will tone your full body.
This barre workout follows the same total-body format as I’d teach in a barre workout class in person, but you get to do it at home–even if you have no weights or equipment or barre.
You’ll use body weight to sculpt your muscles, stimulating muscular endurance to increase strength and stamina while improving metabolism!
