This 30-minute intermediate Pilates workout will tone your core from top to bottom. Using mat Pilates exercises with an optional Pilates ring, we’ll work from supine, prone, and side-lying positions to improve core strength and target the deep core muscles, including abs, back, shoulders, quads, and glutes.
