In this Bender Ball Workout–Core And Abs Routine video, we’ll incorporate traditional barre abs with the Bender Ball as well as Pilates abs exercises to target the core muscles from every angle.
I’m using two Bender Balls, but you can do this core workout with any Pilates ball already on hand.
If you don’t have a Pilates mini ball, I recommend the Bender Ball as my favorite–it can support up to 300 lbs. and has been proven by research from Loma Linda to increase the effectiveness of abdominal exercises, while also protecting the low back.
