This total body workout using gliding discs is centered around gliding disc exercises that recruit your body’s stabilizing muscles for a functional, muscle-shaking full body workout!
If you’ve never tried a gliding disc workout and don’t have gliding discs, you can mimic a similar feel by using paper plates or washcloths under the feet and hands, BUT the true Gliding Discs will give you the best experience, and can also work on carpet if you get the carpet-disc version.
