This quick arm workout with weights is a functional approach to “barre arms”–also known as a barre workout for upper body.
Barre arms are famous for the muscular endurance they require, but we want to make sure we’re doing it safely by fatiguing the muscles but protecting the sensitive joints.
This upper body sculpting with weights is great for women and men alike–just choose about 1/2 the regular amount of weight you would pick for traditional strength training with weights, since we’ll be using them 2-3X longer than a traditional set!
