If you teach fitness virtually, it’s not a matter of if but WHEN you wake up sick of the internet! It happens to the best of us, and technology fatigue can easily be mistaken as burnout overall. However, I think keeping a few things in mind and taking some of these practical steps can help reduce our tech fatigue and improve our relationship with the internet–at least a little!
