Staying motivated in the fitness industry can be hard–after all, it’s not exactly a quick way to the big bucks!!
Especially if you’re trying to come up with your own thing in the fitness space, where no one is asking you to and no guarantees of success are made, it can be easy to lose motivation over time.
Not that you HAVE to be super motivated every single day to do the work (it’s like exercise, if you think about it), but these three strategies can help pick you up and keep you going during those “blah” periods so that you can stay the course.
