Being a fitness instructor and not loving the way you think your body looks, feels, or performs is so hard! Both from the pressure we face in the industry (most of it, admittedly self-imposed), as well as the fact that we work so hard to take care of ourselves that we feel we should be “invincible” to things like weight gain, injury, etc–none of that feels fun! Here are some healthy ways to reframe when we catch ourselves talking negatively about yourself.
