If there’s anyone who understands your packed-to-the-rooftop schedule as a hustler it’s Mariah. She has built her business while working full-time day jobs, getting married, moving cross country 7 times, rescuing 3 dogs, buying and selling 4 homes, and adopting a baby from China.
She doesn’t have time for anything that’s not super-practical, and she knows that you don’t either.
That’s why she’s become a bit of a nerd when it comes to investigating the research behind self-care practices (like exercise, nutrition, sleep, and meditation) and their corresponding productivity impact on your work.
She L-O-V-E-S outing the myth that time spent on your health will mean time borrowed from your other priorities. All sorts of geeky, in-depth scholarly journals (that you don’t have time to read) point to the fact that better health leads to improved productivity, focus, and decision-making skills; higher earnings, improved leadership measures; and better sex (in case you ever have time for that–which your significant other wishes you did).
