As a Master Trainer for Barre Above, I’m thrilled to share this Barre Above Workout with you. This follows the Barre Above instructor method for a Beginner (or Foundational) Level.
Since it’s a full-length workout (50 minutes), it’s the same type of Barre Above workout you’d experience in an in-person class.
Barre Above is my favorite method of barre–in fact, before I took a Barre Above class I didn’t even think that I liked barre workouts!
Now as a Master Trainer for Barre Above, I get to not only teach in person classes, create Barre Above videos, but also teach barre certifications around the country.
