This Barre Abs with Ball workout demonstrates some creative Bender Ball core strengthening exercises and can be done with either a Bender Ball or other Pilates ball or fitness ball (although the Bender Ball is my favorite!)
This barre workout for abs can be done alone, or in conjunction with a standing barre workout. (It’s also a great way to spice up your barre core routine for those of you who are also instructors!)
