Love the Bender Ball? In this routine, the Bender Ball, most often used in barre and Pilates, goes in a slightly different direction from its famous abdominal-challenging abilities. Instead, today we’ll use it to facilitate a deep low back release.
This is a great low back traction stretch series you can do at home, whether you’re sore from a workout or suffering from low back pain, stiffness, or compression.
I actually created this routine after suffering from a back injury myself and have been using this to decompress my spine after an episode of SI Joint Dysfunction and a slightly bulging disc.
