If you’re just starting to experiment with the Bender Ball (or any fitness ball) you’re going to love this Bender Ball Workout.

You can do this barre workout with any fitness ball, but the Bender Ball is my favorite.

The Bender Ball is a fitness ball created by Leslee Bender, co-creator of Barre Above, with studies from Loma Linda proving its efficacy in engaging muscles more fully while also protecting the back during ab exercises.

Big shout-out also to Tricia Murphy Madden, Leslee’s Barre Above co-creator, who taught me much of the choreography for this lower body barre workout.

Speaking of Barre Above–while there are some great barre training certification companies, Barre Above is my favorite. I actually didn’t think I liked barre until I experienced a Barre Above class!

Now as a master trainer for Barre Above, I get to travel the country sharing my love of barre with new instructors.
