You start your day with a defined goal for your business. It seems reasonable enough–maybe to film two new on-demand workouts or to batch your social media posts for the next couple of weeks.
But then…laundry. And of course, the kids need breakfast. And then you forgot you need to call the pharmacy, so you do that real quick. The dogs need to go out, and by then the laundry needs to be switched, so you may as well tackle that before you set up your computer. And then you discover you’re almost out of toilet paper, and suddenly you find yourself needing to take an unplanned trip to the store.
When you work on your fitness business at home (whether that’s planning choreo and doing social media or running a virtual studio entirely from home), the reality is that multitasking is an ever-present threat.
Just like you create systems in your business, consider creating systems at home so you have more time for both AND less chaos in your head.
