I am sharing some of my personal favorite post run recovery yoga poses here in this week’s special Post Run Yoga Flow video.
These were my go-to stretches to recover from my long run days when training for 2 marathons.
I’m happy to report that incorporating yoga post run, combined with regular massages from a talented massage therapist, helped me stay injury free during my marathon race training!
