
Fitness is not a niche, and unless you’re Kayla Itsines or Peloton, you’re going to have a tough time standing out in the industry (especially in the virtual space) without narrowing down to a specialty. Here’s why I’m going much more specific with my own niche (barre, yoga, and Pilates home workouts) and how to tell if it’s time for you to niche down as well.
