There’s a lot of chatter out there speaking out against instructors putting out workouts or other fitness expertise for free. I believe these efforts are well-meaning, instructor-empowering…and also completely misguided. You see, when we graduate from being employees only, to also taking on the role of entrepreneurs, we change the entire nature of income generation as fitness instructors.
