This week’s Yoga and Pilates Poses for Low Back Pain video requires zero equipment and is a cocktail of a few of my favorite poses that I not only teach as a yoga and Pilates instructor, but also practice myself when I experience back pain or stiffness.
So whether your back pain stems from too much sitting (thanks, Superbowl!), too much standing, or an issue around core strength and flexibility, this balanced sequence will both loosen tight muscles while also strengthening the areas around your spine to help prevent future pain.
